Building on the original's legacy, the Strada S refines both the feature set and the aesthetics: a lower profile that invites customer engagement across the bar, and an open, expansive work surface that gives baristas the room to move efficiently through service.
The Strada S ships in 2-group and 3-group configurations, and in two versions: Auto Volumetric (AV) for programmable, repeatable dosing, or AV with Scales for baristas who want the precision of mass-based brewing built directly into their workflow.

New Equipment Warranty
All new equipment purchased through us includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer parts warranty.
For customers located within our service area, we also provide 12 months of labor coverage for warranty-related service performed by our technicians.
Some manufacturers offer warranties that exceed 12 months. In these cases:
- The manufacturer’s warranty terms apply.
- The exact warranty period will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Product listings or quotes will reflect the manufacturer’s coverage.
Customers Outside Our Service Area
Customers located outside our service area can still purchase equipment from us. In these cases, we will:
- Help connect you with a trusted local service partner
- Coordinate installation support
- Assist with manufacturer warranty claims
- Provide guidance for long-term service and maintenance
Some manufacturers also offer authorized installation packages, which we can help coordinate.
Installation Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their site is properly prepared prior to installation.
This includes, but is not limited to:

If the site is not ready when the technician arrives, additional service and travel charges may apply, and installation may need to be rescheduled.
Water Quality & Filtration Requirements

- Damage during shipping is handled by third-party carriers
