- What is “Access to a PMP”?
All members will receive a free assessment of their coffee equipment. During this assessment we will build a PMP custom for your business, which will include special member pricing.
- Why would I need a PMP if I am a member and am having a technician out twice a year?
Getting a tech out is the minimum you would want to do for your equipment and this happens during the biannual membership visits, where a technician will look over the machine and make basic recommendations. However, a custom tailored PMP allows our technicians and service team to both prepare for parts the manufacturer requires replacing, and by bundling those parts (PMP Parts Kits), is able to reduce cost and save you or your company money.
- If I am a member and do not want a PMP, can I still receive routine preventative maintenance?
During your *two yearly scheduled Safety & Maintenance visits, we will perform limited routine maintenance (replacing basic parts as required by the manufacturer), however, you cannot receive bundled Labor or Parts discounts.
- What if I have multiple locations?
Reach out to your representative if you are interested in signing up multiple locations. You may be eligible for greater savings!*These two visits must be scheduled 6 months apart (e.g. June and December) unless signing up for our Premium Performance PMP.**Outside of your two included membership visits, annually, you will be charged at a reduced travel rate (5% off).***Basic Troubleshooting is limited to what we can safely do with you or your team members via phone or video. Not all issues can be resolved over the phone, our service team will determine if a technician needs to be dispatched.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN
Extend the lifespan of your equipment and spread your service bills over monthly payments.
A well-maintained coffee machine ensures both reliability and longevity.
Our service contract options are crafted to provide you with peace of mind.
Parts and components subject to natural wear and tear are periodically replaced according to manufacturer recommendations.
Additionally, coffee machines are exposed to oils and fats from coffee beans and limescale from water. These external factors can impact major components of the machine.
A PMP is not an extended warranty. It is a maintenance program designed to monitor and service your coffee equipment. This helps to prevent breakdowns and failures while ensuring all equipment meets its expected lifespan.
Our Preventive Maintenance Plans are carefully crafted using manufacturers' recommendations and years of hands-on experience from Espresso Analyst.
Key Benefits to PMP:
Monthly Payment options
- Eased Financial Planning: Spread your service bills over monthly payments leading up to the service call, simplifying your financial planning.
- Locked in Travel and Labor Rates: Throughout the duration of your contract, you can expect consistent service, with all preventative maintenance parts replaced as scheduled. Labor and travel costs will remain fixed, ensuring no unexpected fluctuations.
- Reduced Downtime: Regular maintenance allows our technicians to identify and replace any failing parts before they cause major issues, minimizing downtime, avoiding unexpected repair costs, and ensuring that standard wear-and-tear parts are properly maintained.
Never Miss a PM
- Automated Reminders: Stay on top of preventive maintenance with tailored PMP plans, priced according to your machines' needs. With our CRM system in place, your company will never miss a PM again. You will receive a reminder, and our service manager will reach out to schedule service when your equipment is expected for maintenance.
Your Benefits:
- Peace of Mind: Rest easy knowing your equipment is well-maintained.
- Higher Uptime: Increased equipment availability and productivity.
- Greater Reliability: Consistent performance and fewer unexpected issues.
