Dalla Corte Zero Barista Espresso Machine
Zero is a powerhouse of design and technology. Enter a "zero limits" dimension and express your true self in every cup, with a flow profiling system that puts pre-infusion and extraction control directly in the barista's hands. The Dalla Corte Zero Barista is the flow-profiling sibling to the standard Zero Classic, adding Digital Flow Regulation (DFR) technology on top of Zero's already-renowned multi-boiler platform — available in 2-group and 3-group configurations.
DFR regulates water flow to control exactly how many grams of water per second wet the coffee puck before the extraction chamber fills, giving baristas complete control over pre-infusion. Baristas can work in Fixed Flow mode, dialing in a specific, steady flow rate for each group independently from the machine's interface, or switch to Freestyle mode, which offers four pre-set flow rates selectable by simply moving a lever on the side of each brewing unit. Each group runs on its own independent 0.75L boiler, so flow rate, temperature, and dose can all be tuned separately per group — and one group can even be serviced while the others stay in service.
Beyond the technology, the Zero Barista carries the same striking, low-profile design that earned the Zero platform an iF Design Award. Built in partnership with Emo Design Studio, its rounded body and signature offset grid were designed to lower physical barriers between barista and customer, while cool-touch materials on the steam wand and hot water tap keep things safe for baristas during high-volume service.

We stand behind the coffee equipment we sell and are committed to ensuring our customers have a reliable and enjoyable experience with their machines. Our team is available to support installation, warranty service, and ongoing maintenance throughout the life of your equipment.
Warranty coverage may vary by manufacturer, but the following outlines the standard warranty policies for equipment purchased through our company.
New Equipment Warranty
All new equipment purchased through us includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer parts warranty.
For customers located within our service area, we also provide 12 months of labor coverage for warranty-related service performed by our technicians.
Some manufacturers offer warranties that exceed 12 months. In these cases:
- The manufacturer’s warranty terms apply.
- The exact warranty period will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Product listings or quotes will reflect the manufacturer’s coverage.
Customers Outside Our Service Area
Customers located outside our service area can still purchase equipment from us. In these cases, we will:
- Help connect you with a trusted local service partner
- Coordinate installation support
- Assist with manufacturer warranty claims
- Provide guidance for long-term service and maintenance
Some manufacturers also offer authorized installation packages, which we can help coordinate.
Installation Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their site is properly prepared prior to installation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Electrical requirements
- Plumbing connections
- Proper drainage
- Adequate counter space and ventilation
- Required water filtration systems
If the site is not ready when the technician arrives, additional service and travel charges may apply, and installation may need to be rescheduled.
Water Quality & Filtration Requirements
Proper water quality is one of the most critical factors in protecting coffee equipment.
Water that is too hard, too soft, or improperly filtered can cause:
- Scale buildup
- Boiler damage
- Valve and pump failure
- Premature equipment breakdown
Damage related to poor water quality, scale, or lack of filtration is not covered under warranty.
Many manufacturers provide water testing guidelines or kits. For example, some espresso machine manufacturers include water test kits to verify that water meets their specifications.
Espresso Analyst can help with:
- Installation of appropriate water filtration
- Test water quality where required
- Maintain and replace filters according to manufacturer guidelines
Failure to meet manufacturer water specifications is one of the most common causes of equipment failure and warranty denial.
Our team is happy to recommend appropriate filtration solutions during the purchasing process.
Items Not Covered Under Warranty
The following items and conditions are typically not covered under equipment warranties:
Normal wear parts, including but not limited to:
- Group gaskets
- Portafilter baskets
- O-rings
- Grinder burrs
- Plastic hoppers
- Filters and screens
Damage caused by:

- Extended parts coverage
- Additional service requirements
- Authorized technician restrictions
- Specific maintenance requirements
