What makes an espresso unforgettable? A rich, balanced taste built on an impeccable extraction. The Dalla Corte Iconwas engineered specifically for businesses with high turnover and demanding peak hours, delivering reliable, repeatable results in the cup without asking baristas to compromise on quality — even during the busiest rush. Available in 2-group and 3-group configurations, the Icon is built to scale with your café's volume.

At the heart of the Icon is Dalla Corte's patented multi-boiler technology, with independent brewing units per group that hold temperature to within 0.1 degrees throughout extraction. Because the boiler and brewing units operate completely independently, individual groups or the main boiler can be switched off when not in use, meaningfully reducing energy consumption and operating costs. The Icon also rounds out its tech stack with three integrated smart systems: a Grinder Control System that auto-corrects grind size and connects directly to Dalla Corte's DC One and DC Two grinders, a Milk Control System that automates steam wand temperature for consistently smooth microfoam, and an Online Control System that lets managers remotely monitor groups, schedule cleanings, and track dose consistency across one or multiple locations.

Beyond performance, the Icon makes a statement behind the bar. Designed in partnership with Emo Design Studio, its faceted stainless-steel shell and customizable back panel — available in a range of RAL colors and finishes, including options for a personal logo — let cafés make the machine their own.

Why Choose the Dalla Corte Icon

  • Patented Multi-Boiler Technology – Independent brewing units hold brew temperature to 0.1° precision throughout extraction.
  • Grinder Control System (GCS) – Automatically detects and corrects grind-size errors; connects directly to DC One/DC Two grinders for multi-selection workflows.
  • Milk Control System (MCS) – Automatic steam wand delivers consistent, smooth microfoam at a set target temperature.
  • Online Control System (OCS) – Remotely monitor and manage groups, schedule maintenance, and track dose consistency across locations.
  • Energy-Efficient Design – Independent boilers and groups can be powered down individually during slow periods.
  • Customizable Design – Faceted stainless-steel shell with personalized back panel options in multiple RAL colors and finishes.
  • Available in 2 or 3 Groups – Scales to match high-turnover cafés of any size.

We stand behind the coffee equipment we sell and are committed to ensuring our customers have a reliable and enjoyable experience with their machines. Our team is available to support installation, warranty service, and ongoing maintenance throughout the life of your equipment.

Warranty coverage may vary by manufacturer, but the following outlines the standard warranty policies for equipment purchased through our company.

New Equipment Warranty

All new equipment purchased through us includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer parts warranty.

For customers located within our service area, we also provide 12 months of labor coverage for warranty-related service performed by our technicians.

Some manufacturers offer warranties that exceed 12 months. In these cases:

  • The manufacturer’s warranty terms apply.
  • The exact warranty period will be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Product listings or quotes will reflect the manufacturer’s coverage.
Customers Outside Our Service Area

Customers located outside our service area can still purchase equipment from us. In these cases, we will:

  • Help connect you with a trusted local service partner
  • Coordinate installation support
  • Assist with manufacturer warranty claims
  • Provide guidance for long-term service and maintenance

Some manufacturers also offer authorized installation packages, which we can help coordinate.

Installation Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their site is properly prepared prior to installation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Electrical requirements
  • Plumbing connections
  • Proper drainage
  • Adequate counter space and ventilation
  • Required water filtration systems

If the site is not ready when the technician arrives, additional service and travel charges may apply, and installation may need to be rescheduled.

Water Quality & Filtration Requirements

Proper water quality is one of the most critical factors in protecting coffee equipment.

Water that is too hard, too soft, or improperly filtered can cause:

  • Scale buildup
  • Boiler damage
  • Valve and pump failure
  • Premature equipment breakdown

Damage related to poor water quality, scale, or lack of filtration is not covered under warranty.

Many manufacturers provide water testing guidelines or kits. For example, some espresso machine manufacturers include water test kits to verify that water meets their specifications.

Espresso Analyst can help with:

  • Installation of appropriate water filtration
  • Test water quality where required
  • Maintain and replace filters according to manufacturer guidelines

Failure to meet manufacturer water specifications is one of the most common causes of equipment failure and warranty denial.

Our team is happy to recommend appropriate filtration solutions during the purchasing process.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The following items and conditions are typically not covered under equipment warranties:

Normal wear parts, including but not limited to:

  • Group gaskets
  • Portafilter baskets
  • O-rings
  • Grinder burrs
  • Plastic hoppers
  • Filters and screens

Damage caused by:

  • Poor water quality or scale buildup
  • Lack of cleaning or routine maintenance
  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Power surges or electrical issues
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Operation outside manufacturer specifications
  • Removal or alteration of serial numbers
  • Damage during shipping is handled by third-party carriers

Shipping costs associated with warranty returns may also not be covered unless specified by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products carry warranties directly from the manufacturer. These warranties may include:

  • Extended parts coverage
  • Additional service requirements
  • Authorized technician restrictions
  • Specific maintenance requirements

When purchasing equipment through us, your sales representative will provide details about the exact warranty coverage for that product and brand.

If you experience an issue with equipment purchased through us, please contact our service team, and we will help diagnose the problem and coordinate repairs.

If the product was purchased through another reseller, we recommend contacting them first so they can assist with the warranty process.
